It is possible to speak to your doctor during the normal working day (8:30am to 6:30pm) but please give as much information as possible to the receptionist so they can put you through to the appropriate doctor or alternatively request a call back.
You may be asked for some information re the telephone call to pass on to the doctor and you may be asked to call back at a certain time or you may be asked if the doctor can call you back at a certain time.
