If you think you a partner, friend or member of your family is showing signs of forgetfulness there could be a number of reasons for this. We have a series of little tests that can be done in the surgery that could possibly help you.
We also have leaflets and information about who you can contact on a web site, www.alzheimers.org.uk/memoryworry, which will help explain a few things for you. Or you could call into the surgery and see the Doctor about your concerns and we will be glad to help in any way we can.
