Reviews
If you have any Chronic Illness then the practise will recall you yearly or more frequent if the Doctor or Nurse think this is necessary.
Diabetic Review
You will be asked to attend for a blood test first and then a review with the Practise Nurse.
Asthma Review
This will be a review of your Inhaler technique and provide education where appropriate.
COPD Review
This will be a review of your Inhaler technique and provide education where appropriate.
CHD (Annual Heart check-up)
You will be asked to attend for a blood test first and then a review with the Practise Nurse.
Chronic Kidney Disease Review
You will be asked to attend for a blood test first and then a review with the Practise Nurse.
Hypertension Review
You will be asked to attend for a blood test first and then a review with the Practise Nurse.
